Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for the Sackets Harbor Marathon & Half Marathon. Registration is non-refundable.

You can purchase event insurance at the time of checkout. Go here for more information.
Deferral Policy
If you would like to defer your 2025 registration to next year, you can do so before September 3, 2025. There is a $40 deferral fee, but you won't incur any additional cost when registering for the 2026 race. To process a deferral, sign into Runsignup and navigate to:
- Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration > Defer Registration
Transfer Policy
You can transfer your registration to another runner for a $10 fee until September 3, 2025. To do this, sign into RunSignup and navigate to:
- Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration > Transfer to Another Runner. Enter the recipient's name and email, and they will receive a unique link to claim the transfer.
Switching between Full and Half
If you would like to switch between the full marathon and the half marathon, you can do so for a $10 fee until September 3, 2025. If switching from the half to the full marathon, you will also need to pay the difference in registration costs. To process a switch, sign into RunSignup and navigate to:
- Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration > Transfer Event
